sarah and zach brought amelia over to do her 6 month pics. it was pretty crummy weather, but we managed to get about 30 minutes of good light in between sprinkles and were able to get some shots that we liked. there are a bunch more in my album at www.charlesandcamera.com/albums

brian and stephanie’s wedding • 08.15.09

just a coupla shots from the wedding. we had a great time getting to see a bunch of the old choicepoint crowd. plus, it was totally fun during the wedding to see which one of the two guys up front was going to get married (folse had a twin, and from where i was sitting it was unclear who was who…..i’m still not sure that it was actually brian who got married). anyway, they asked me to take a few pics for them of their exit from the reception, so a couple of those, plus a pic of my lovely wife and i are attached. enjoy!

lake tuscaloosa trip • 08.08.09

skiing is lil’s favorite thing in the world. soooo, i packed up the car (with everything except her skis – which we forgot) and we headed over to tuscaloosa to get her out on the water for the weekend. we went out skiing both saturday and sunday AM….AND went out for a late night boat ride on saturday night. so, we had plenty of time on the lake over the weekend. we were all pretty exhausted by the end of the weekend on sunday, but it was well worth it. below, is will, pooped after a day of exhorting us as we skied, and a (rather long) video of the weekend.

i’m still working on catching more air on the wake, but we’re getting better. oh, and i’m sure lillis would like the record to reflect that the choppiness of the waters impacted her ability to shred behind the boat.
