i’m on a boat

we missed posting day five as we got in late from seeing ephesus – spectacular btw – so missed posting day five. anyway, we got into fethiye from pamukkale (via ephesus) about 8:30 last night. this morning we headed out towards our sailboat. we visited the butterfly valley and oludenez (blue lagoon) but mostly we just sailed the turquoise coast and enjoyed the sunshine. the sun has just now set and we’re enjoyin the cool breeze on the front deck as our cook is preparing fresh fish – which (like most meals) lillis is excited about. a wonderful day, devoid of maps, schedules or guidebooks. three more such days to follow. and yes, i have perfect cell reception for this blog update from a quiet cove along the turkish mediterranean.
